how I cured my dry itchy scalp & seborrheic dermatitis | vegan & natural & scalp rinse recipe

how I cured my dry itchy scalp & seborrheic dermatitis. 100% vegan, natural, and easy ◗ let’s be friends :: 〰 mentioned __ ○ apple …

  1. Try a coffee scrub on your scalp. You can just mix some with your shampoo then rinse it out. It works great and doesn't hurt your hair. Use the leftover grounds from your coffee pot or k cup, uncooked grounds would be too harsh.

  2. How can I take you seriously when your hair looks a mess? A dried up, straw stiff mess? And you had an eating problem? I notice that people with eating problems are well versed on the healthiest foods and meals for optimum health and beauty. Really, now?

  3. First drink acv, baking soda, an distilled water morning n nite for 7 days to balance ur ph levels internally cuz if u dont all that she is telling u will b fruitless..U can use green tea bags after shampoo or conditioning for 5 mins. Or u can u rice water after shampoo n conditioning. I have use many different treatments over the years..Again everything aint for everbody. Most important for any of these treatments is to eliminate sugar, white flour, n bread from ur diet as much as u can.. tea tree oil or peppermint works great in ur shampoo n conditioner as well mixed wit coocnut oil..oh meditate, yoga, etc to destress cuz stress if def a big factor in ur hair functioning.

  4. I have had moderate scalp psoriasis for about 15 years. Early on, I had the doctor prescribe "salicylic acid shampoo" for $32 a bottle. As we know, salicylic acid is the active ingredient in aspirin. SO what I have been doing for many years is mix half a bottle of aspirin in one cup of warm water and mix until completely dissolved. I then mix this one cup mixture with three cups of my favorite shampoo (so I have four cups total) and using funnel, put it into empty 28 ounce TRESemmé bottle. Every time I shampoo, I first shake the bottle very well, scrub the shampoo into my scalp ridiculously hard for a full minute using my fingernails and full force, and then leave the shampoo in for at least 5 minutes. Don't get it in your eyes – Very bad to do this. With the above solution, I have been scalp psoriasis free for many years. And yes, I still have it. I recently went away for a week without my special shampoo and it came back with a vengeance.

  5. I suffer from Eczema and recently its got worse on my scalp. Its dry, flaky, itchy and tight to the point I can feel how tight it is when I raise my eye brows.

Been trying different shampoos like nizoral, head and shoulders, Polytar and Johnsons baby shampoo but I don't think any of them has worked. It's only been a couple of days on the johnson baby shampoo.

I was recommended using dove sensitive soap. But I might try apple cider. I also have olive oil which I haven't tried yet.

  6. This skin rashes guidebook “Rαsοkο Kuzo” (Gοοgle it) is utterly excellent, it remedied my eczema on my hands and fingers within Only two days. These earlier weeks I have this condition and been utilizing prescripted steroid creams however haven’t alleviated what’s pestering me right up until I tried out this unique manual. I`m experiencing a whole lot better now. .

  7. At a young age of 20, my partner is already struggling with scalp problem. Luckily, this organic and natural skin psoriasis therapy called “Κοkοzο Wuno” (Google it) was brought to us. I suggest it very highly. My issue has become less serious due to this therapy..

  8. You don't need all this… try Dr. Bronners soap on your hair and conditioning rinse… plus Dr bronners can be used for everything… this is the only thing that took away my dermatitis on my body and scalp … it was SO bad I was getting staph.. 😣

  9. My husband’s redness and also flaking under and also around his eyes and nose were almost eliminated right after a couple of days of applying this psoriasis treatment “Κοkοzο Wuno” (Google it). And after Five days, there are not any traces of redness and also flakiness. He simply wanted the issue to disappear once and for all so he still keeps utilizing the treatment method up to now..

  10. Drink more water!
Many people who suffer from this condition don't drink enough water. You should be drinking atleast about half a gallon a day.

  11. So how to use both apple cider vinegar and argan oil in your hair care routine ? I use ACV after I washed my hair with shampoo and then I rinse it out, so my question is when can I use argan oil, before blow drying, before washing my hair ? Should I use ACV and argan oil at the same day and if how to, or I should use them separate ? Thanks.

  12. Agree with you and think your hair is gorgeous except on a few small points, gmo’s both in eating them and applying them arent harmful. They make it easier to grow more plants to meet demands and provide food for more people but gmos will not harm you in any way. The only claims of any harm is from scientifically illerate people and sources that aren’t credible. Also while acv with the mother May help you some people use it in homeopathy which is ridiculous psudeoscience so please stay away from that line of thinking!

  13. First time I come across your video. You have a very nice and friendly presence but since you’re open to suggestions, I will offer a a couple of them. You might want to consider shorter introductions. If we are looking for information about a topic, we should have it as earlier in the video as possible, and not have to fast forward and guess where we begin listening about it. Also, you seem to be very vivid and energetic, but your presentation can benefit if you slow down a little. Speaking for a long time, almost nonstop and fast, gets tiring and the info you try to convey might be lost. Perhaps rehearsing how to focus on the essential and finding a balance between that and the speed of your discourse might be helpful. 🙂
Thank you for your tips. They are very helpful.

  14. Try Grandpa's Pine Tar soap, it's vegan and made in the USA and pine tar has VERY beneficial healing effects with Psoriasis and Dermatitis and all sorts of skin issues. This is old timey medicine that has been used in Europe and brought here. In Eastern Europe , they use Birch tar soap, that is good as well. (I saw some Russian brands on Amazon.) Very natural, but forest-smelling. After your hair dries, and especially after the Apple cider vinegar/water rinse, it shouldn't be so bad. I'm 60 and my folks used this on me since I was a child, so it has a track record!

As a sufferer of seborrheic dermatitis of over 10 years, myself – I recommend you DO NOT put oil on your face or scalp. I CAN NOT stress that enough, Seb Derm is a fungal disease of the skin, adding oil clogging your sebaceous glands will only make things worse. people assume because coconut oil is a powerful anti-fungal it'll cure seb derm – but it doesn't. Seb derm is a Disease that can't be fully cured.

I've been vegan for 3 years and my seb derm is 300x easier to manage n' my confidence is back n' all that shit but it isn't just from my diet. When I first went vegan I got an organic nettle shampoo from a local market – nettles are a cleanser, this nocked out 99% of the flakes, scabs, itch and redness, it kept my hair clean and fresh for up to 3 days when I initially started using it 3 years ago too, I used it sparingly because it was around $12 a bottle (BUT WORTH IT) because Nettles are a cleanser it pulls all the moisture and oil from your skin, seb derm tends to make your skin oiler and that's why it gets red and flakey, it's isn't because it's dry. it's because it's TOO oily – so cut that shit out and don't put oil in your hair pals!!

The next product I used to treat my seb derm was charcoal capsules – sounds stupid I know, but I would pull the capsules apart and sprinkle in my hair then lather. charcoal is also a cleanser, drawing out impurities and oils from the scalp so it isn't flakey or irritated.

The other product I used was bentonite clay, this was a little more expensive but worked amazingly, plus it made my hair feel thicker and fuller. like the other two products, it's a cleanser and pulls the EXCESS oils out, get a paraben-free one as the others contain CHEMICALS, having Seb Derm your skin is so sensitive to all these man-made chems, it can cause irritation.

I had tried LITERALLY everything to get rid of this and these are the 3-4 things that helped DRAMATICALLY so I can have a comfortable life.

I say this as a partially balding 23 year old guy who has suffered way longer than I needed too.

Take care friends n' don't put oil on yer face if you have seb derm, lmao

  16. I have a problematic skin: eczema and lots of dandruff. The doctor gave me some special shampoo for the dandruff and it helped, but the problem is I can’t use it too often, so that already tells me something about how bad it actually is for my scalp. So this week I started to use ACV, first wash my hair with normal shampoo (I used those all natural shampoo bars for a while but they did not work for me) and then rinse with ACV, massage the hair and rinse with cold water. And the next day I couldn’t believe how soft my hair was because of the ACV, it’s great! Now I have to see if it helps for dandruff, but I have high hopes. If it works I only have to find something for my eczema.

  17. I’m no expert but I’ve researched and oil is supposed to be a huge culprit that feeds the sebo dermatitis and makes it worse! Everyone’s skin is probably different but I can’t do oil masks whatsoever

  18. Goodness girl I’m out of breath just listening to you talk👀 Your adorable but how do u talk so long/fast without taking a second2 breathe? Thanks4 the good info tho👍🏼

  19. Hi! Thank you for sharing.

Just want to make you understand it clearly coz now i have the same issue and definitely wanna try your way, as you mentioned after you put hair conditioner then rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar – after this do i have to rinse with water again or not?

  20. Just checked out your shop for the first time and you are sold out. Hope you add something soon, I would buy. In fact, you have convinced me to delete all subscriptions and now my online spending will be only from your shop. That in itself has stopped my overspending/overshopping. I can't thank you enough.

  21. Not to say this won't work, but I ran it by my doctor after being diagnosed with this exact condition and he said that he didn't think it would help but he didn't think it would hurt. I plan on giving it a go. He did say that taking a good quality curcumin supplement could help. Other than that you have to resort to pharmaceutical interventions… which I do, albeit reluctantly.
