    I noticed that at 3:55 when you are doing the bicep curls, your right shoulder is going up when contracting your bicep. Just tought i would point it out. Maybe you can focus more on it or maybe you allready know this. Nice video btw

  6. I have the same problem with my right trap, it gets much more activated than the left expecially on shoulder exercises streching helps but I can still feel like I'm using it more
